Professional Development/Non-Degree Admission

To apply for Professional Development/Non-Degree Admission:

(This includes renewing your teaching certificate/license, adding licensure or general professional development.)

Please note: This will allow you to register for up to 15 hours of graduate course work and unlimited hours of undergraduate course work. If you are interested in pursuing a MAE, click here for admission requirements.

To apply for the Reading or TESOL Endorsement

Please note: This will allow you to take the number of graduate hours required to complete the endorsement requirements.

To apply for Non-Degree Masters +30

  • If you wish to apply for Fall 2008, Winter 2008-09 or Spring 2009, please submit this paper application (pdf). If you are applying for Summer 2009 or later, you may apply online or submit the paper application.
  • Submit a photocopy of current teaching certificate/license.
  • Submit a transcript showing receipt of the masters.
  • Fill out a registration form (pdf).
  • Submit a transcript showing receipt of the masters. Please note: Transcripts must be sent directly to the Graduate Office from the post-secondary institution or hand-delivered by student in an unopened envelope from the issuing institution. In both instances, the transcript should come in a letterhead envelope.

Please note: Students who hold a masters degree may take an unlimited number of undergraduate and graduate hours.

Early registration is encouraged as some classes fill quickly. Students may begin taking classes during any quarter.
