MBA Program
Admission

I completed my MBA as a
single mom with a full-time job.
Otterbein's MBA program
makes it easy for individuals
with tight schedules. I was able
to make significant contributions
at work and was promoted to a
manager position within two
months of graduation.
The strong liberal arts tradition at Otterbein blends the innovative curriculum and state-of-the-art facilities to bring MBA students courses which integrate both theory and practice. Students will have the opportunity to network and the small class size encourages faculty student interaction.

Students can begin their program any quarter: Autumn, Winter, Spring or Summer. If you would like an application, please call Graduate and Continuing Studies at 614-823-3210. Your application for admission will be processed once the following materials are received by our office.

  • If you wish to apply for Fall 2008, Winter 2008-09 or Spring 2009, please submit this paper application (pdf). If you are applying for Summer 2009 or later, you may apply online or submit the paper application.
  • Admission application fee of $35 for paper applications.
  • Official scores from Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
  • Submit official transcripts from all institutions attended. Please note: Transcripts must be sent directly to the Graduate Office from the post-secondary institution or hand-delivered by student in an unopened envelope from the issuing institution. In both instances, the transcript should come in a letterhead envelope.
  • Two completed recommendation forms
  • Personal statement required. Please tell us about yourself and why you wish to pursue an MBA at Otterbein College.
  • Additional requirements for international applicants.

Application Deadlines
As part of our rolling admission process, we admit new students each quarter. However, we encourage you to apply early.

Please note: It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all required documents are on file in the Office of Graduate Programs. This includes the application, application fee, transcripts from all colleges attended regardless of the number of credits earned, two completed recommendation forms and GMAT test scores.
