Signature Series
The Signature Series and the Enrichment Series are held on alternating years.
The Signature Series brings an artist, lecturer or presentation of national stature to campus to provide a performance or event. The presenters also teach classes and interact with students and faculty during their visit.
The 2007 series features an exhibit by acclaimed 9/11 photographer Joel Meyerowitz from Jan. 2-Feb. 16, 2007 (press release); a lecture by Meyerowitz on Jan. 24, 2007 (press release) and the performance of the musical piece On the Transmigration of Souls by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer John Adams at 8 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2007, in The Fritsche Theatre in Cowan Hall, 30 S. Grove St., Westerville.Past guests include movie director Gus Van Sant and jazz musicians Branford and Ellis Marsalis.
The Enrichment Series brings distinguished guests to campus several times a year to conduct workshops, seminars or other activities.
