Major at Otterbein: Business Administration and Public Relations

What have you been doing since your graduation from Otterbein?
Since graduating from Otterbein in 2004, I have been living and working in Manhattan. My current position is an Account Executive in the investor's relations department at Makovsky. The company was able to combine the dual majors I received from Otterbein as well as my interest in the field. Essentially, I work on behalf of public companies to communicate with analysts and investors about how the company is doing in order to achieve fair valuation and coverage.

What are your interest and/or hobbies do you have?
I enjoy exploring new parts of New York and trying new restaurants. I've also been running in Central Park, visiting museums and seeing concerts.

What is a special Otterbein memory?
There are many, but I especially remember traveling to Salem, VA with the Otterbein fans to watch our basketball team win the national title in 2002. Other standout memories are ping pong in the Campus Center, Homecoming with my family (also alumni), attending Otterbein Christian Fellowship and eating at Westerville Grille.
