Dr. Fischer primary area of emphasis is Health Promotion and Fitness. She teaches majors courses in anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, and exercise physiology along with a leadership class, a review class for ACSM personal training certification, and an introductory course in health education. In addition, Kim supervises independent studies and internships for those students in the major that she advises.

Mr. Goodwin teaches in the Department of Health and Sports Sciences. His primary area of expertise is in healthcare administration and emergency care. He teaches the athletic training major Organization and Management course, as well as, the Care and Prevention of athletic injuries for the coaching minor. He is training center faculty for a local American Heart Association Training Center and teaches multiple sections of CPR and First Aid.

Dr. Kiger teaches in the Health and Sport Sciences Department. Her primary area of expertise is in physical education teacher education. For the physical education major she teaches Motor Development, Theory and Practice in Rhythmic Activities, Early Childhood Physical Education, Early Childhood Physical Education Field Experience, Adapted Physical Education, Adapted Physical Education Field Experience and supervises physical education student teachers. She also teaches Early Childhood Physical Education for Classroom Teachers for the Education Department as well as Exercise Walking and Novelty, Folk & Line Dance for the Health and Physical Education Lifestyle Series (HPES).

Ms. Klein earned her Bachelor's degree from Marietta College and completed her Master's of Education at the University of Virginia. Ms. Payne is a contract physical therapist and athletic trainer provided to Otterbein College through a relationship with MAX Sports Medicine Institute. Her primary responsibility is to provide rehabilitation services for Otterbein student-athletes, students and faculty/staff. She also serves as an Approved Clinical Instructor for the Athletic Training Program and teaches Therapeutic Modalities and Kinesiology.

Mr. Wilkins is contracted to Otterbein College as an Assistant Athletic Trainer through OhioHealth Sports Medicine. His primary area of expertise is in strength and conditioning and the management of overhead athletes. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Otterbein responsible for teaching Kinesiology and freshman practicum for the athletic training majors, along with the strength and conditioning course.

She teacher course in Health and Physical Education Teaching Methods, Professional Perspectives in Physical Education, Organization and Management, as well as supervises student teachers. Her classes are very active in service-learning projects with local schools.
