What can you do if I need help choosing or changing my major?
There are many strategies for discovering your career potential. Career interest inventories such as the Strong Interest Inventory or the Campbell Interest and Skill Survey are frequently used, as well as a personality inventory, The Kiersey Temperment Sorter. A skills card sort and a work values inventory are other important tools in helping you choose an appropriate career direction. I have a major, but I don't know what I want to do with it. How can you help?
There are many resources available to help you explore career options related to a college major---books in the career resource library, on-line resources, and one of the best sources of first-hand information, our alumni Cardinal Network. A staff career counselor can help you explore various options and direct you to the resources that will be most helpful.
