Applying for a Degree
Students planning to graduate must submit the Request for Degree Application online here or fill out this Adobe Acrobat pdf of the form. This must be done two quarters prior to the quarter in which the degree is to be completed. It is the student's responsibility to be aware of this requirement, to initiate the request and to submit the application on time.
