Mailbox/Mail Forwarding
Mailboxes will be terminated at the end of Spring Quarter and mail will be forwarded to the permanent address for one year. Mail cannot be forwarded overseas. Should you not be graduating, please inform the SMC Office. If you want your mail forwarded to an address other than your permanent address, you can use the Forwarding Request Form on the SMC web site (accessible from the intranet home page). Graduates working on campus over the summer who want continued use of their mailbox, can contact the SMC Supervisor for extended mail service. May paychecks will be forwarded to the operable forwarding address.
If you will be sending graduation cards, wedding invitations, or similar correspondence, please send them well before the end of the quarter as many students leave early. Undeliverable campus mail, with no return address, will be discarded.
