Tuition/Fees and Payment Plans

Students admitted to a graduate degree program or admitted through the Office of Graduate Programs as a non-degree student are billed at the per credit hour rate.

2007-2008 Tuition and Fees:

Undergraduate Level Courses: $300 per credit hour

Graduate Level Education Courses: $315 per credit hour

Graduate Level Nursing Courses: $315 per credit hour

Graduate Level Business Courses: $340 per credit hour

The Business Office will send you a bill every quarter. You have several options for payment:

  1. To pay with a check or money order, send it along with the invoice to Otterbein College Business Office, One Otterbein College, Westerville, OH 43081.
  2. To pay by credit card, fill out this form and send it to the Business Office.
  3. To pay with online with check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), use the CardinalWeb Online Payment System.

Payment Plans
Payment plans and financial aid are available for those who qualify.

Three-Part Payment Plan
You may divide your tuition into three payments. At least one third of your tuition will be due by the first day of class. The remaining balance will be payable in two payments due one month apart. There is a $20 quarterly handling charge for this payment option. A form must be completed and submitted to the Business Office for each quarter that you wish to use this payment option. Deferred Payment Plan
If you qualify for your company's tuition reimbursement program, this plan will allow you to defer most of your tuition until the end of the quarter. There is a $30 quarterly service charge for this payment option. A form must be completed and submitted to the Business Office for each quarter that you wish to use this payment option. If your employer provides tuition reimbursement and you would like the College to bill them directly, please submit a letter of authorization from your employer to the Business Office. A letter of authorization or voucher must also accompany your registration.
