Homecoming Parade
Several member of the Alumni Club were in the 2010 Homecoming Parade. They had a great time passing out candy and Otterbein beads to the people along the sidewalks. Alumni at the Columbus Zoo
The Alumni Club of Central Ohio planned and hosted the alumni event at the Columbus Zoo on July 17. About 75 alumni attended the animal presentation and alumni lunch. Club Coordinator, Deb Lamp '88, gave a short speech about the Club before lunch and encouraged others to join. Click here to see the photo album.
23rd Annual Community Service Plunge
The Alumni Club of Central Ohio leadership team and 25 other alumni participants volunteered on April 24 for the spring community plunge. Alumni participated in the plunge by planting trees for the campus beautification project, making blankets with the Girl Scouts of Westerville, and making Get Well bunnies for local elementary schools. Columbus Blue Jackets Game
Central Ohio alumni gathered for a night out at the Columbus Blue Jackets game February 4th. We had a great time and even saw the Blue Jackets win 2-1! Click here to see more photos of the event!
Relay for Life
Congratulations to all the alumni, students, and friends of OC who participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at the 'Bein. As of May 4th $12,816 has been raised for cancer research, education, advocacy and patient services. Combined the two alumni teams of the Otterbein Alumni Club of Central Ohio raised $4,358.
