1. Pride Competition              

The Pride Competition is a voluntary team function in which our seniors divide the team into their own personal team for the spring. The seniors will choose their team in an NBA style draft the first week of winter. They will compete with their team against the other teams in the following areas.

   

A.OBA- Otterbein Basketball Assocition

     10 point a win / 5 points a loss per team

      (Past Champions)

B. Participation

      Individuals-1 point make /0 points excused /-1 miss / +1 make up

C. Lifting Personal Records Achieved

      5 points each category during spring testing

D. Community Service participation

      5 points per member participating

E. Academic achivement

      10 points per scholar-athlete from fall and winter marking periods

F. Super Stars Competition  (Past champions)

       100-80-70-60-50-40-30-20-10 points per event winner

       Obstacle Course

       Egg Toss

       Relay Race

       Dodge Ball

       Basketball

       Tug-A-War

3.Spring Speakers


Every spring we will bring in various speakers to address the team on leadership and TEAM topics.

3. Moe Agler- Winningest football coach in Otterbein history.
2004 Speakers
1. Moe Agler- Winningest football coach in Otterbein History
2. Wayne Cumberlander- All American Running Back at Otterbein
3. Jay Newsome- Former Otterbein football player, successful business man
2005 Speaker
1. Clark Kellogg- CBS Analyst- OSU all-time great basketball player

2006 Speaker

1. Chris Spielman- OSU all-time great linebacker.
