We will chart individual results in the Bench, Squat, 40, Pro-Shuttle, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump and 300 Yard Shuttle. We will use the results like track coaches with players always trying to improve personal bests in the three core lifts.

All players will be given a Lifting Profile sheet prior to testing and in their last exit meeting that will show them exactly the progress they have made in everything we test.

Players will be grouped by position and skill level.
