1. Buddy System
All new incoming players will be paired up with returning players on the morning of the second day of camp. They will then be asked to stand in front of the team at various nights during camp and talk about there buddy. (Hometown, girlfriend etc.)

2. Alumni Night :
Invite back all former senior football players who have participated in the Otterbein Football program since 2003.
Position Pairing- the following groups will be paired up to develop a skit for camp.
Skit Rules:
(1) Every player in the skits name must be used
(2) 4 to 8 minutes long
(3) No personal attacks on any TEAM MEMBER or COACH member

4. Otterbein Fight Song
All players on the football team will know the Otterbein Fight song. We will learn this Song during camp and sing it often after wins.

5. Captains
Captains will be voted on the Friday night prior to the Scrimmage
Every member of the team will vote for 2 captains. We will have between 2 and 4 captains based on how close the voting is.
6. Quiet Time
Every morning during camp we will take the time to reflect on a theme and the players will reflect on what they are thankful for.
