Liberal Studies in Business Psychology
Learn to collect and analyze evidence to make management decisions and solve problems in the workplace. The Otterbein College Business Psychology major combines business, psychology, and communication and you will study personality, social psychology, and organizational psychology within a context of accounting, economics, and management.
You will connect psychology and communication, forming perspectives on organizational structures, interpersonal relationships, small group and team dynamics, forms of research, and organizational assessment. With an emphasis in the study of human thought, growth, and behavior, the business psychology major will prepare you in written and oral communication, research skills, creative problem solving and decision making, change management, quantitative analysis, leadership development, and team development.
