Otterbein to Host Centered Feminine Leadership Conference
Honoring feminine and masculine leadership qualities balances the whole tenor of an organization. When feminine leadership qualities are embraced individuals, teams and work communities tend to develop to their full potential. However, a more masculine style is often more dominant, assumed by both men and women. By creating an appropriate balance of both, our work environments enliven, creativity flourishes and the human spirit at its best effects the culture. This workshop will focus on strengthening feminine qualities of leadership, enabling each of us to stand in our full presence and power.
Working with caring and experienced faculty, participants will engage in these inquiries using multiple approaches, all in a framework built around four leadership stances. The workshop will culminate with an intention for going forward that each woman will develop for herself as a result of the learning from our time spent together.
