Otterbein University Hosts Community Cardboard Challenge

September 08, 2017
Otterbein University

Westerville, OH—The Point at Otterbein will host the 2017 Community Cardboard Challenge from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 60 Collegeview Road. Students from grades K-12 are invited to get creative and design cool cardboard objects. The event is free and open to the public.

Since 2013, the Columbus Museum of Art, in partnership with the PAST Foundation, has coordinated the annual Day of Play Cardboard Challenge as part of the Global Cardboard Challenge. Challenges are designed to encourage experimentation, develop curiosity and stimulate critical thinking. Participants respond to these challenges throughout the day, using only their imaginations, cardboard, tape and other recyclables.

Please contact Erin Bender ebender@otterbein.edu for more information or to register your family to participate.
