Posting a Job
The Career Center at Otterbein has gone on-line by partnering with eCampusRecruiter and Central Ohio Consortium Careers (COCC) for job postings. eCampusRecruiter.com and COCcareers.com are Otterbein's primary job posting systems. Our students and alumni will be directed to view your job openings from these websites, which can be accessed from the Career Center's main website.

You can use eCampusRecruiter and COCcareers to:
  • Post jobs and internships at no cost
  • Create and edit company profiles
  • Search student resumes and more!

Click here to go to the ecampusrecruiter site

Positions on this site will only be visible to members of the Otterbein College community.

Positions on this site are also shared with Capital University, Ohio Dominican, Ohio Wesleyan University, Wittenberg University and Urbana University.

To register and post positions:

  1. Click on one of the banners above.
  2. If you are already registered (or previously registered), enter your username and password.
  3. To register, click on the Employer icon, create a username and password, then enter your organization information and contact information.
  4. You may then post your position. You are in control of how long the position remains active. Please include important details such as: position description, qualifications, work schedule and flexibility (especially with internships), pay, location.

If you have problems or questions on one of the job posting systems, click "help" in the top bar. If your issue is not resolved, please contact the Career Center.

All postings are subject to approval by each school's career office.

Postings for babysitting and personal childcare positions are posted directly in the Career Center and distributed among students instead of being posted online. Please call the Career Center directly at 614-823-1456 for more information.
