Otterbein College offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time and part-time faculty and staff. This section of the site describes the major benefits that eligible full-time faculty, staff and their families receive. While the majority of benefits are identical for all employees, some benefits vary among the three employee groups, faculty, administrative, and biweekly staff.
