Donatos Pizza Chairwoman to speak at Otterbein Jan. 13

Pizza delivery drivers are common to see around a college campus, but it’s a rare occasion when the head of the company makes a visit to deliver something more than a pie.

On Wednesday, Jan. 13, Donatos Pizza Chairwoman of the Board Jane Grote Abell will speak at Otterbein as part of the Ross Leadership Hour lecture series. The event will begin at 6 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

Abell will share key learnings from her book The Missing Piece - Doing Business the Donatos Way detailing four decades of experience growing a small pizza shop on the southside of Columbus into a business that eventually sold to the biggest restaurant company in the world, McDonald's. Copies of her book will be available for purchase and a book signing will be held prior to the presentation. Books also can be purchased on Abell’s website.

Registration is now open and spaces will be secured on a first come, first serve basis. Visit the Ross Leadership Institute website or email Debbie Johnson at debbie@rossleadership.com to register.
