Otterbein Summer Theatre opens its season with the musical, The Fantasticks

In the funny and romantic musical, The Fantasticks, two young lovers must meet in secret because their fathers are sworn enemies. Luisa and Matt are sure their love can conquer anything even the wall their fathers have built to keep them apart—and they will be together forever.
Part of Otterbein Theatre history, The Fantasticks was the first show produced by Otterbein Summer Theatre. Staged in 1967, it starred local theatre celebrity Ron Knox and featured costumes by Petie Dodrill.
Tickets are $25 each and can be reserved by calling the Otterbein University box office at (614) 823-1109 or purchased online at www.otterbein.edu/drama. The box office is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday and one hour prior to performances. Student rush discounts are available one hour prior to curtain, pending ticket availability.
