The Standing Committee on Environmental Sustainability is working toward the design and implementation of a sustainability plan.Committee Members

- Examine good practices in the areas of environmental, social, and economic sustainability at peer and aspirant institutions and determine how we might:
- integrate the principles and practices of sustainability in the academic curriculum and in the student learning experience;
- incorporate sustainability principles into the design and construction of new structures on campus; and
- build partnerships in the area of sustainability.
- Communicate continuously with internal and external stakeholders and collect and report feedback on the potential adoption of sustainability as an operating value on campus.
- Report findings, implementation cost estimates, and develop recommendations for the Planning Council.
