Whether you are hoping to accelerate your studies or concerned with the fastest route to a degree, CLEP can help you:
- Place out of a graduation requirement
- Get credit for what you already know
- Shorten the time it takes to earn a degree
By passing the CLEP exam, you may earn credit towards your degree. Check with your school to see which course credits can be earned via CLEP exam.
Note: Students are not permitted to take CLEP exams once they have reached senior standing (135 or more earned hours). Also, students who have already earned Bachelor's degrees are not permitted to take CLEP exams.
