Regalia, Announcements, Pictures and Yearbook

Graduates are urged to wear dark shoes and other articles of dark apparel that coordinate with the black cap and gown. It is a long-standing Otterbein tradition that additions (signs to the cap, etc.) or alterations not be made to the academic regalia. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Graduation Announcements
Graduation announcements and other graduation items are available at the Otterbein Bookstore. Generic and personalized options including prices may be obtained by contacting the bookstore at 614-823-1364.

Pictures
Chappell Studios will take each graduate's picture as he/she shakes hands with President DeVore. A proof and order form will be mailed by the latter part of June. By July 1 the proof, order form, and check or money order should be received by Chappell. All orders received by July 1 will be delivered by August 1. Late orders will be accepted until December 31. You are under no obligation to purchase the pictures or respond to the Chappell correspondence.

Undergraduate Yearbook
Senior pictures will be taken on campus for one week at the end of Winter Quarter and one week during Spring Quarter.

Your free yearbook will be available in the fall following your commencement. Preorder your yearbook at the "Yearbook Table" during Grad Fest. A letter will be sent to all graduates with information on how to obtain your copy once the yearbook arrives on campus.
