Enrollment Verification

Need to obtain an enrollment letter for scholarship, health insurer or other providers of student services or products? You can print an official enrollment verification letter yourself for FREE by using CardinalWeb for Students. Log in to CardinalWeb using your ID and PIN. Then, access the "Student Records" drop down menu at the top of the screen. Select "Clearinghouse." This will open a new window for the National Student Clearinghouse's Student Self-Service Site Login. Provide the requested information and click Login to enter the site.

A parent may obtain an enrollment verification by contacting National Student Clearinghouse which is our processing agent.

Students log in here (www.otterbein.edu/academics/registrar/sss/login.asp). You be automatically transferred to the Clearinghouse after logging in.

The Registrar's Office can also complete an enrollment verification letter.  Please come to the office in Towers Hall Room 27 and we can print one (which you can take with you) while you wait.  Only enrollment for the current term and/or prior terms can be requested.  Future terms cannot be included in the letter due to the fact they are projections and subject to change.  Most organizations requesting an enrollment verification letter do not ask for or want enrollment information well into the future.
