Decals are to be SECURED on driver’s side of the REAR bumper, or the passenger side, (lower corner) of the inside or outside of the REAR window glass (tape inside, adhesive outside). Decal must be visible at all times, decal owner responsible for display. Decals will be placed on motorized two-wheeled vehicles so they are visible from the rear of the vehicle.
