Complete Your Path to a Bachelor's Degree

Choose a Program

You already have an important asset — an associate degree.  Use that to your advantage by applying your degree to the pursuit of a bachelor’s degree at Otterbein.  Our adult students have lots of options.  You will learn from expert instructors with real-world experience and cultivate valuable networking resources.  You’ll earn your degree from one of the most innovative, supportive and friendly private schools in the nation.

Flexible Scheduling Options for Adult Students

The following programs offer flexible scheduling options for the adult student:

Leadership Degree Completion Program

Making the most of prior college credit is the smartest way to learn.  Otterbein’s Leadership degree completion program is designed especially for the adult transfer student who wants to utilize prior college credit, or has an Associate’s degree and wants to complete a Bachelor’s degree.  All classes are offered in the evenings, making it possible for busy working adults to attend class.

The Leadership degree completion program consists of 64 semester hours of coursework. A total of 126 semester hours are needed for graduation.  Your previously earned hours will count toward your Otterbein degree.

Traditional Programs of Study

If your schedule permits,  there are more than 70 majors and more than 40 minors offered during the day.  Core classes and a limited number of other classes for these majors are held in the evenings so you can still work and attend class at night.

Undeclared Students

Undeclared means you're still exploring your options. The Center for Student Success will help you stay on track with extra advising, strengths assessment and immersive experiences to help you decide what program suits you best.
