A Time to CelebratePresident with students
Spring has sprung at Otterbein, and this season many activities are planned to celebrate President DeVore's 25 years of leadership. Alumni and friends of the college are encouraged to attend all events to honor Dr. DeVore for his commitment and service at Otterbein. Click for list of events.

Dr. DeVore"Diggin' with DeVore"
To kick off the DeVore tributes alumni are invited to participate in "Diggin' with DeVore" on Sat., April 25, the culmination of Earth Week at Otterbein. Each year the Center for Community Engagement concludes Earth Week festivities with the Spring Plunge, but this year they are tipping their hat to Dr. DeVore for his commitment to community service throughout his tenure at OC.

On-site registration and free t-shirt pick-up begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Campus Center, followed by a brief ceremony near the Science Center at 9 a.m.

The Otterbein Alumni Club of Central Ohio encourages alumni to come out for this event and vie for the Golden Plunger Award. Click for more information about the alumni service sites and how to pre-register.

The Otterbein Alumni Club of Akron/Canton is participating too! Alumni in the Akron/Canton region are invited to clean up Grace Park as part of the Keep Akron Beautiful program. Participants will be rewarded with free t-shirts, free lunch, and free admission to the Akron Zoo. Click for more information and how to pre-register.

Ride with Cardinal Pride
Congratulations to the first 50 alumni who accepted our E-Promotion challenge in the February issue of "Cardinal Connection." For connecting with Otterbein via Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter (otterbeinalumni), and the Alumni Online Directory they each won an Otterbein marching band CD.

In this issue he's back to CA and then off to TX. (Hmmm...this little fella certainly gave new meaning to the term "snow bird" the past few months!)
