Microsoft Windows Instructions

  1. If you don't know your screen resolution, right mouse-click on your desktop and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu. Go to the "Settings" tab, and note the numbers under "Resolution" (such as 1024 x 768 pixels).
  2. Choose the image that you want, and click on the link that most closely matches your screen resolution in pixels.
  3. When the image comes up, right mouse-click anywhere inside the image and select the option "Set as Background."

To Remove Wallpaper on Windows

  • From the Start menu, select "Control Panel" under the "Settings" menu.
  • Select "Display."
  • In the "Display Properties" console, select the "Background" tab.
  • Choose a new wallpaper image and/or pattern for your computer screen.
