You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. You must call prior to August 14 and mention you are with the Otterbein College Cardinal Migration to receive the special room rate of $144.00 plus tax. Please indicate your room preference (king/2 double beds) and a smoking/nonsmoking room. Internet service will be provided for an additional $9.95 per day. Hotel check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. A credit card is required to confirm/guarantee your reservation but the card will not be charged unless you are a no show. There is no charge for parking. Cancellation is 6 p.m. day prior to arrival.
