To Fly to Asheville

You can fly to the Asheville Regional Airport (www.flyavl.com) from any major city on Continental, Delta, Northwest or US Airways. There is no shuttle service from the Asheville Regional Airport to the hotel. Taxis are available for approximately $40.00 one way or you can rent a car. The hotel is just 20 minutes from the airport.

Other airports in the area include Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport (1.25 hours away) and Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (2 hours away).

Interstate 40 (I-40) enters the area from the west and east, I- 26 from the south. To get to the Renaissance Asheville Hotel, take I-240 to Asheville. If you're traveling from the west on I-240 East, take Exit 5A to the traffic light, go left on Broadway one block, then left on Woodfin Street for two blocks. The hotel is on the right.

If you're coming from the east on I-240 West, take Exit 5A (Merrimon Ave) and then left at the traffic light. Go to the second left and take a left onto Woodfin Street and go one block. The hotel is one block on the right.
