PLAN OF ACTION

1. Recruiting
Recuit the best student-athletes within the parameters of Otterbein's admissions standards.

2. Retention
Committed to retaining every player who wants to play four years of football at Otterbein.

3. Development
- A year long comprehensive strength and conditioning program.

- A systematic leadership program.

- A comprehensive year long Team Building process

- Commitment to community service.

4. System Football
Run specific systems on offense, defense and special teams. These systems will be consistent year to year but adaptable to our personel.

FOUNDATION

Team
-Decisions concerning the football program are based on the long-term benefits of the team.
-No player or coach is bigger than the Otterbein Football program.

-We will always play the best player. The best player is defined by ability, trust, and knowledge of our system.

PMA (Positive Mental Attitude)
As a program we will handle adversity and challenges with a positive attitude. Otterbein has too many advantages not to have a long-term positive attitude when dealing with the football program.

Pride (Otterbein Pride)
1. Academic
2. Location
3. Facilities
4. Campus
5. Community
6. Athletic Success

Preparation
Preparation is the single most important key to success, no matter what field.

Single Focus

We will take our opponents one week at a time and focus solely on them. Long-term goals are accomplished with short term focus.

PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY

Graduate every player who plays four years of football

Have "Success" on both the football field and in the classroom.

Leave a positive impact on the Otterbein campus and in the community.
