Women's Recap
WESTERVILLE, OHIO – Baldwin-Wallace edges host Otterbein to
claim the 2008 Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Indoor Track & Field
Championships held Friday and Saturday in Westerville.
The Yellow Jackets took first place with 137 points while Otterbein
finished runner-up with 134 points. Ohio
Northern took third place with 96 points followed by Capital (82),
Heidelberg (79), John Carroll (55), Marietta (41), Mount Union (35),
Wilmington (27), and Muskingum (16).
Baldwin-Wallace took home the victory after winning the distance medley
(12:31.33), triple jump (36-08.25), mile run (5:12.97), 3000-meter run
(10:31.98), and 500 meter-run (1:18.31).

WESTERVILLE, OHIO–Ohio Northern wins the
2008 Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Indoor Track & Field Championships
held Friday and Saturday in Westerville.
The Polar Bears took first with 187 points while Heidelberg finished
runner-up with 119 points. Mount Union took home third place with 114
points followed by Baldwin-Wallace (70 points), Otterbein (67), Wilmington
(43), Capital (38), Marietta (30), John Carroll (24), and Muskingum (10).
Ohio Northern took home the victory after winning the distance medley
(10:26.50), pole vault (15-05), mile run (4:13.46), 55-meter hurdles
(7.67), 500-meter run (1:06.30), 55-meter dash (6.49), 800-meter run
(1:58), 5,000-meter run (15:23.93), and 4x400-meter relay (3:24.17).
