Zero Year Reunion

Grad Fest- Wednesday, April 9 & Thursday, April 10
The 2008 Grad Fest will take place Wednesday and Thursday, April 9 & 10, from 10 AM - 7 PM in the Campus Center Lounge. This is when you can purchase your full regalia, diploma frame and order your personalized announcements, class ring and nursing pin. Full regalia consists of a cap, gown, and tassel. There will be representatives present from the bookstore, Jostens for class rings and announcements, Center of Career Planning, Alumni Relations, and other services to assist you in preparing for your big day! There will be prizes, gifts and food at the Grad Fest.

Monday, June 9 - Bachelor's Degree Commencement Rehearsal
A rehearsal will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9 at which time you will be given your place in the line of march, your seat position and other instructions. The rehearsal will be held at the Rike Physical Education-Recreation Center. We must have a practice to eliminate awkward situations. Regalia is not needed for the rehearsal.

Monday, June 9 - Official Picture of the Class of 2008
Immediately after the Bachelor's commencement rehearsal, the Class of 2008 will be photographed. Remember to wear your student organization or Greek affiliation shirts. Order forms will be mailed to you via campus mail and will also be available outside the Registrar's Office, in the Library and in the Office of Alumni Relations. Completed forms should be brought to rehearsal. You may also order pictures after graduation on-line at: www.usafoto.com.

Monday, June 9 - Zero Year Reunion for Class of 2008
The Class of 2008 Zero Year Reunion will be held on Monday, June 9 inside the Clements Center. This event is your official welcome into the Otterbein alumni family and is an opportunity to celebrate with your classmates before graduation. The reunion begins at 4:30 PM, or immediately after commencement rehearsal. In addition to food, prizes and music you will also receive an Otterbein Alumni decal, graduation packet and give-a-ways. Alumni will be serving food and distributing the gifts. Celebrate and learn about the services and programs provided to you as Otterbein alumni.

Tuesday, June 10 - Master's Degree Commencement Rehearsal
A rehearsal will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10 at which time you will be given marching instructions. The rehearsal will be held in Cowan Hall. Regalia is not needed for the rehearsal.

Tuesday, June 10 - Master's Reception Celebration
Celebrate, have fun and learn about Otterbein alumni services and programs. On Tuesday, June 10 at 4:30 p.m., or immediately after commencement rehearsal, join classmates and alumni for a reception in your honor. This event is your official welcome into the Otterbein alumni family. In addition to refreshments you will also receive an Otterbein Alumni decal, graduation packet and prizes. The reception will be held outside Roush Hall or inside Fisher Gallery in case of inclement weather.
