Activate Network Accounts
All new students will need to activate their network accounts. See Information Technology's new student site for step by step instructions about what to do prior to campus arrival and what to do once you arrive. Parents are encouraged to visit this website, too, for valuable information regarding a comparative survey of Information Technology resources Otterbein College offers its students.

Technology Resources
Student Help Desk available in the Roush Hall Room 15A lab Monday through Saturday and a Help Line at (614) 823-1060. The Help Desk is a free service for both resident and commuting students. It includes a walk-in service to assist resident students with personal computer problems. Service for computer problems is limited to virus and connectivity support only.

5 public computer labs on campus with curriculum software and mainstream desktop applications. Labs also provide free printing, scanning and CD burning.

Web mail and personal storage folders on the network for all students. These folders are accessible on or off-campus.

Blackboard and Mindleaders.

Cardinal Web for Students allows students to take care of all financial, registration and personal student information on-line.
