Forms and Information- Entering Student Housing & Board Information Form. To request a space in the residence halls for this fall, please complete and return to the Student Affairs Office postmarked by May 9, 2008.
- Residence Hall Room & Board Plan Contract. Please return a signed copy with your information form.
- Housing Accommodation Request Form. If you need to request a special housing accommodation, including air conditioning, please complete and return it to the Director of Disability Services by June 1, 2008.
