Liberal Studies in Human Resources Management

This major prepares you for generalist positions in human resource management. As a human resource professional, you will face the demands of employee development and human resources administration. Against these demands, the strength of the Human Resources Management curriculum lies in its complementary links between business and communication: management, accounting, finance, public speaking, interpersonal communication, interviewing, small group and team dynamics, as well as training and development, staffing, and performance appraisal and compensation.
