Liberal Studies in Management and Leadership
Through the Management and Leadership curriculum, Otterbein provides a balanced interdisciplinary education in management and leadership. You will gain invaluable skills and concepts in the functional areas of business and management: accounting, economics, finance, marketing, and quality or operations management. You will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of and skills in public speaking, interpersonal communication, and interviewing. You will also learn theories and practicies of organizational communication and leardership. The major develops manager-leaders who understand business and who have learned how to enroll people in projects or organization-wide initiatives.
