The Department of Foreign Languages Offers
Various
Learning and
Service Opportunities
|
|
- Publish critical, creative, or cultural
articles in the The Forum of
Phi Sigma Iota or Aegis, the
Otterbein Humanities Journal;
- Provide service and contribute to the Otterbein
International Festival.
- Administrate
our local Phi chapter of Phi Sigma Iota, the International Foreign
Language
Honor Society, and organize movie screenings and cultural events for
our foreign language student communities;
- Participate in the department's conversation
tables led by native-speaking assistants;
- Attend local conferences in foreign languages
and literatures;
- Volunteer to community activities related to
local Hispanic cultures;
- Serve as a student assistant in our department.
