Courses are scheduled in a sequential pattern and prerequisites have been kept to a minimum. Classes are scheduled in the evenings and on weekends to allow students to work during day business hours. The methods/internship sequence will require a full time commitment.
Currently MAT students who complete the MAT program will be licensed to teach grades four through nine, (ages eight through fourteen) in the state of Ohio. A listing of the states with which Ohio enjoys a reciprocal agreement is available in the Education Department office.
