Bruce Mandeville

Mr. Bruce Mandeville

Mr. Mandeville is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Canada, with degrees in law and commerce. He teaches equine business, law and facility design courses at Otterbein College.

Mr. Mandeville has competed in two Olympic Games, two World Championships, and two Pan-American Games as a member of the Canadian Equestrian Team. At the 2004 and 2000 Olympics he competed in the Three-Day Event, a triathlon for horses which combines cross-country, dressage and stadium jumping. Bruce has represented Canada internationally since 1994, and has had extensive dressage training producing dressage horses up to the Prix St. George level.

Mr. Mandeville is a National Coaching Certification Program of Canada (NCCP) Level 3 eventing coach and has coached students in the North American Young Riders Championship (NAYRC) to a gold and bronze medal. He is also an accomplished coach and dressage horse trainer.

In addition, Mr. Mandeville is an experienced facility manager in marketing, contracts and syndication, boarding facilities and taxes.

In addition to his equestrian achievements, Mr. Mandeville is fluent in French and has earned three French diplomas from Universit� Sorbonne in Paris. He worked as a legal consultant for Long Lane Farms in Guelph, Ontario and served as acting president at Quicklaw, a legal computer database retrieval company.
