Food and drinks will be available at the Sertoma Sausage Wagon. The Founders Day River Frolic will offer free kayaking on Alum Creek from 2-5 p.m., launching from Astronaut Park.

In case of inclement weather, the Scrap Day games will be held at Clements Recreation Center, located on Center Street in Westerville.
