Construction began in August on a three-story residence hall located between the football stadium and Scott Hall. The $9 million structure will accommodate 174 students in suite-style rooms and is expected to open in Fall 2006.

The new residence hall is part of Otterbein's plans to accommodate its growing student base due to record enrollment.
