Raphael Garcia is the Director of Sales, Latin America, for Liebert Corporation, a division of Emerson. Raphael is responsible for all Latin America and Asia sales and marketing efforts for Liebert, a company dedicated to helping customers achieve their objectives. Liebert provides products and services that assure the continuity and quality of power and environmental control for critical information systems and key processes. Raphael has 19 years experience in industrial goods sales and marketing. Raphael earned his bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Franklyn University and his MBA from the University of Dayton.   He teaches both undergraduate and graduate marketing courses at Otterbein, including Marketing Management and International Marketing at Otterbein.

David Riepenhoff is an attorney with the Columbus law firm of Downes, Hurst & Fishel. He received his law degree for Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Otterbein College with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Political Science. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Ohio and South Carolina and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. David focuses his practice on Federal and State Court Litigation, labor and employment law, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, collective bargaining, public records and open meetings, and public sector agency administration. He also conducts training and seminars throughout Ohio on various labor and employment law topics. David is a member of the Children's Hospital Development Board.

Angelo Mazzocco is the Chief Information Officer of Progressive Medical, Inc. Progressive Medical, Inc. is a nationwide, managed care and health care cost containment company. It coordinates care for workers' compensation, auto-no-fault and personal injury protection cases.

Progressive Medical, Inc. provides medical equipment, medical supplies, pharmacy management, health services and ancillary services, such as outpatient rehabilitation, transportation, translation and radiology. Its nationwide network of pharmacies and equipment providers offer prompt service, detailed follow-up and cost containment reports to insurers, employers and third party administrators.

Prior to coming to Progressive in January 2006, Angelo was the vice president and chief information officer of The Dispatch Printing Company and Affiliates. The Dispatch Printing Company and Affiliates include 14 privately held companies.

Angelo earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned a master's degree in business administration, marketing and information systems from the University of Dayton.

He has served as an adjunct faculty member of the Ohio State University 1991 - 1997 and Otterbein College since 1997.

An active leader in the Columbus community, Angelo co-founded the CIO Forum and CIOhio CIO Symposium events, which are a collection of more than 40 and 200 respectively of corporate-level technologists who network and share information related to the alignment of technology solutions for solving business problems.

Angelo serves on the Otterbein College MBA Advisory Board, the Ohio Information Technology Alliance Board, Gladden Community Settlement House Board, and The Ohio State University Digital Union Advisory Board. He also chairs the GroundWorks Group board of directors, a non-profit organization created to help non-profit groups with technology related issues.

Angelo is a past recipient of the 2003 TechColumbus President's Top Contributor to the Advancement of Technology (TopCAT) award, 2005 TopCAT Executive of the Year, 2005 TopCAT Large Technology Team Leader and the 2005 Volunteer of the Year for GroundWorks Group which is an annual award bestowed upon an individual with exceptional leadership and personal commitment to the central Ohio community.
