Otterbein also offers two convenient payment plans as an alternative to paying fees in full by the first day of the quarter.

Three-Part Payment Plan (download the form)

The Three-Part Payment Plan allows you to divide your tuition into three payments. One third of your tuition is due prior to the beginning of the quarter, with the remaining balance payable in two payments (due one month apart). There is a $30 service fee to use this plan.

Each quarter that you choose to utilize the Three-Part Payment Plan, you must complete the appropriate form (available in the Graduate School Office or online) and pay the deposit and service fee by the first day of class.

Deferred Payment Plan (download the form)

Otterbein offers a Deferred Payment Plan to students whose employers provide tuition reimbursement. A minimum deposit of $20 for each credit hour is required prior to the beginning of the quarter. A $35 service fee is assessed for each quarter that this plan is used. It basically allows a student to defer most of the tuition until the end of the quarter.

Each quarter that you choose to utilize the Deferred Payment Plan, you must complete the appropriate form (available in the Graduate Program Office or online) and pay the deposit and service fee by the first day of class.
