Loan Policy
Loss, Damage or Theft
Patrons, herein defined as Otterbein faculty, staff,
students, Greek, or campus organization members, shall
bear the entire risk of loss, damage, or theft of equipment
from any and every cause whatsoever, except damage
caused by normal wear and tear, and shall be financially
obligated to replace or repair the equipment as required
by the I.T.S.
Patrons are responsible and expected to return all
equipment in the same condition as originally loaned.
Use of Equipment
Patrons shall use the equipment in a careful manner
and as intended for academic support of college curriculum
directly related to classes, class projects, conferences
and workshops both on and off campus. Patrons shall
comply with all applicable federal, state and local
laws, the equipment manual and I.S.S. terms and conditions
relating to the possession, use or maintenance of the
equipment.
Return Time
Patrons shall return the equipment on time or may
lose future loan privileges as determined by the I.T.S.
The staff of the I.T.S. reserve the right to refuse
the loan of equipment to any individual who shows or
has shown a clear and blatant disregard for this policy.
