Retrieving Your e-Mail & Network
Password
If you are a student call the Student Computing Manager
at 823-1885; if your are faculty or staff, call 823-1747.
We will confirm your identity and then reset your password
to your OID (Otterbein ID) This is the unique 8-digit number
found printed on your Cardinal card and available after logon
to Cardinal Web for Student.
Please note: The Help Desk can only reset passwords between
the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (8:30 am to 4:00 pm in the
summer).
