The Dynamic Menu displays expanding submenus. When the Dynamic Menu option is on, you will see a right pointing triangle (). When you put the mouse over the menu item, the menu will expand to the right.

Help Desk for Faculty & Staff

The Department of Information & Technology Services maintains help desks to assist faculty and staff with computer and classroom technology problems.

The help desk fields questions about:

Computer hardware
Computer software
Network and system accounts
Passwords
Classroom technology
Audio-visual equipment

In addition, the Student Help Desk assists residence hall students with cleaning computers of viruses, spyware and adware.

Call the Help Desk You can contact the Faculty & Staff Help Desk at (614) 823-1747. The Faculty & Staff Help Desk is staffed Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (summer hours are from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM). Students that call the Faculty & Staff Help Desk will be redirected to the Student Help Desk.
