The
help desk fields questions about:
- Computer
hardware
- Computer
software
- Network and system accounts
- Passwords
- Classroom technology
- Audio-visual equipment
In addition, the Student Help Desk assists
on-campus residents on the Otterbein network with cleaning
computers of viruses, spyware and adware.
You
can contact the Faculty & Staff Help Desk
at (614) 823-1747. The Faculty &
Staff Help Desk is staffed Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM -
5:00 PM The Faculty & Staff Help Desk will be redirected
to the Student Help Desk for after hours during the
academic year. Those additional hours are M-R 5-9PM
and F 5-6pm and Sat 8-2pm.
Summer hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. There are no
evening or weekend support hours during the summer.
However, systems are monitored.
