The Dynamic Menu displays expanding submenus. When the Dynamic Menu option is on, you will see a right pointing triangle (). When you put the mouse over the menu item, the menu will expand to the right.

Help Desk for Students

The Department of Information & Technology Services maintains help desks to assist students , faculty and staff with computer and classroom technology problems.

The help desk fields questions about:

Computer hardware
Computer software
Network and system accounts
Passwords
Connecting personal computers to the residence hall network
Classroom technology
Audio-visual equipment

In addition, the Student Help Desk assists residence hall students with cleaning computers of viruses, spyware and adware.

Call the Help Desk You can contact the Student Help Desk at (614) 823-1060 or by stpping by the Roush 015A computer lab. The Student Help Desk is staffed:

Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
