System Password
Otterbein's
online survey system's log-in uses its own set of User Names
and Passwords. (Your network and e-Mail password will not
work in with the online Survey System.)
When
your Survey System account was established, we used your
Otterbein network User Name as your Survey System User Name.
Next,
we used your Otterbein ID number as your default password.
(If you were part of the Otterbein community prior to the
Winter of 2006,  your
Survey System password may have been set to your Social Security
number.
Changing Your Survey System Password
Unfortunately, this edition of the online survey
system currently does not let you change your password. As
soon as this capability becomes available, we'll let everyone
know.
Retrieving Your Blackboard Password
In the Survey System home page, click the Log
In button. Next, look for a link to the right of the Login
button that says Forget Login Information?
Fill out the password request form. Your password will be
mailed to the e-mail address on file with the Survey System.
