 Dynamic Menu What's This?


The Dynamic Menu displays expanding submenus. When the Dynamic Menu option is on, you will see a right pointing triangle (Expand). When you put the mouse over the menu item, the menu will expand to the right.

If you like this feature, check the Checkbox to the left; otherwise, make sure it is unchecked.

If you use the same computer every time you visit the ITS web pages, we'll be able to remember your menu preferences!

Before contacting the Moodle System Administrator, please use these resources:

Call the Help Desk

Please call the Help Desk if you are experiencing the following problems:

  • Cannot log in to Moodle.
  • Lost or forgotten password.

Students should call (614) 823-1060; faculty and staff should call (614) 823-1747.

Call Your Instructor

Please call your instructor if:

  • The course is not showing up in your Moodle home page. (If you recently enrolled in a course, your enrollment may not have been processed. If the class is not showing up in Self-Service Banner, contact the Registrar's Office.)
  • You have questions about the Moodle content.

Contacting the System Administrator

Please contact the system administrator for the following:

  • Copying course material from one class to another (or one quarter to another).
  • Instructor questions on how to do things in Moodle.
  • Moodle training.
  • Removing instructors from Moodle courses.
